BWR GRADE PLYWOOD (IS : 303)

KDC BWR (Boiling Water Resistant) Plywood is the only one of its kind to be made by pre-pressing, where each veneer is treated with preservatives prior to pressing, ensuring uniform distribution of moisture and adhesive. The unique GLP (Glue Line Protection) formula is then applied, making the plywood termite and borer proof.

Manufacturing Details

• Made from quality wood using selected hardwood veneers of uniform thickness and liquid PF Resin.
• Quality combination of imported and Indian Veneers-bonded together to create a sturdy ply.
• Chemically treating the ply against termites and borers.
• Stress-relieving processes by use of superior grade hardwood & other production processes.
• Augment the antiwarp properties - keeping the product stable throughout its life.
