INFRASTRUCTURE

The company has established a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility on Premium Location in GANDHIDHAM. The Unit is equipped with the latest machinery from India and abroad and manufactures high quality plywood in 6mm, 9mm, 12mm, 18mm and 19mm, Block board and Flush doors in various thicknesses, in both MR and BWR Grades. In order to maintain its high standard, entire supply of core and face is met by the plants in house and face manufacturing unit.

Process

100% Gurjan Wood Selection

We select full 2.5mm core and premium Gurjan wood veneers to maintain our high standard of structural density.

GLP & Chemical Treatment

Each veneer is treated with preservatives prior to pressing, applying our unique Glue Line Protection formula against termites.

Chamber Seasoning & Composing

Using four advanced seasoning chambers to ensure perfect drying, specialized technical teams craft superior quality '0' GAP boards.

Phenol Resin & High Pressure

Layers are bonded and compressed under high pressure and temperature using superior grade Liquid Phenol Formaldehyde Resin.
